0. Get used to the environment, trying editors like "vi" or "joe" won't do
    any harm :). Another useful command is "man" and for some of you also
    "screen".

And now let's have a look on the exercises:
  
 1. Take a look at the contents of /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow. Do you know
    what is the meaning of items separated by colon?

 2. DON'T FORGET TO LOG OUT CORRECTLY! :-)
